The Whistler Real Estate market continues to be very active as Whistler and Blackcomb open for the 2020 / 2021 season, and the skiing is good!

Increasing buyer activity driven by people able to work remotely and play locally has started to reduce the number of available listings to purchase.  With decreased inventory and steady demand, the Whistler market is moving to a seller’s market.  Single family homes and nightly rental townhomes lead the charge.  This past weeks new listings, completed sales and price adjusted listings for the period November 24 – November 30 2020 can be viewed below:
